The customer needs an intermediate frequency power supply that can produce a rated voltage of 4500VAC, 100~450V continuously adjustable, ZONCN provides the solution as follows.

 

Medium voltage IF power supply is a kind of power supply equipment which converts electric energy into IF electric energy within a specific frequency range, its working principle is to rectify AC power into DC power firstly through three-phase bridge type fully controlled rectifier circuit, and then convert DC power into certain frequency IF current through single-phase inverter bridge. Its main features:

1, Frequency conversion technology: IF power supply uses advanced frequency conversion technology to convert standard AC power supply or other DC source into IF current through rectifier, inverter and other components.

2、Output matching network: It contains an output matching network which is responsible for adjusting the output voltage, current and phase to ensure compatibility and efficiency with specific loads.

3、Circuit design: The design of an IF power supply may include the use of IGBT modules as active components and the use of techniques such as digital frequency division, D/A conversion, instantaneous value feedback and sinusoidal pulse width modulation to improve performance.

4、Application range:Medium frequency power supply is mainly used in a variety of processes such as melting, holding, sintering, welding, quenching, tempering and other processes of metals because of its adaptability to various loads and wide range of application.

5、Frequency range: Medium-frequency power supply produces medium-frequency current usually between hundreds of kHz to several MHz, which makes them more effective in dealing with some special materials or carrying out specific processes.
